Mike Calvert Toyota needs Customer Service, E-Commerce and EBay help! The Customer Service Representative assists customers before and after a service visit to the dealership by using the internet, email and the telephone to create, confirm and follow-up appointments. The E-Commerce Representative is charged with generating sales appointments with customers that contact the dealership via the internet and telephone to purchase new, used and Certified Pre-owned vehicles. The E-Commerce and EBay Representatives is responsible for managing the customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a very prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner and advancing the sales function. This highly measured position uses CRM software, telephone and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer interest. The E-Commerce and EBay Representatives will be trained to understand all products and services offered, will become knowledgeable of inventory as well as financing and incentive programs.

Customer Service DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to Internet and Telephone Service Appointments
Assist Internet and telephone customers with their parts and service inquiries
Confirm pending and follow-up on missed service appointments via telephone
Post visit customer contact via email and telephone to insure customer satisfaction
Compile all necessary reports, forms and other daily, weekly, monthly documentation
Perform other job-related functions as assigned
Ecommerce DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to telephone and internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
Generate sales appointments.
Effectively utilize lead management tools.
Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
EBay DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to EBay telephone and internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
Generate Sales Appointments. Invite each inquirer, either via telephone or email, to visit the dealership.
Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
Work with all EBay inquirers and bidders to successfully conclude sales.
Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience.
Effectively utilize lead management tools.
Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong MS Office Suite computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work in call center environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
